T MICKY

BIOGRAPHY
In Haitian Creole and culture, the prefix "Ti" is used as a term of endearment indicating a smaller version of the subject it is appended to. While T-Micky has followed his father Sweet Micky's footsteps into music, the younger Micky has certainly come into his own.

Sandro Martelly better known as T-Micky was born into a musical family. His father Michel Martelly was one of Haiti's most popular and colorful singers before political aspirations led to his current position as the President of Haiti.

The young artist introduced himself to music fans with his debut "Pa Chache'm". The success of the album led to appearances in French Guiana, France, Turks and Caicos, Montreal and Canada. T-Micky's sound both live and recorded has a certain Swag to it; a fresh approach to Haitian rhythms which makes it appealing and accessible in particular to the younger demographic.
