LEFTSIDE

BIOGRAPHY
Craig "Leftside" Parks, the Jamaican multi-instrumentalist, disc jockey, producer and artist is so versatile that it is difficult to categorize him. Equally at home performing classic roots reggae or shaping the cutting-edge sounds of 21st century dancehall, Leftside's live and recorded performances defies explanation.

Born into a musical family, his father is Lloyd Parks of the world-renowned "We The People" Band, Leftside first gained recognition as half of the duo Leftside & Esco with humor-laden songs such as "Passa Thing" and "Tukin Belly" the latter which spent nine weeks on the Jamaican charts.

Dr. Evil (Leftside's alter-ego) joined Leftside after Esco parted the duo and the two have been inseparable since. "More Punany", the first Leftside single to feature Dr. Evil was such a hit he instantly became an integral part of his show. A Typical (and we use that word freely) Leftside performance features Leftside, Dr. Evil and host of other immaculately impersonated Jamaican and foreign artists. hte enigmatic artist continues to mesmerize audiences throughout the US, Europe and the Caribbean with his one-of-a-kind show.
