BIOGRAPHY Shurwayne Winchester is a soca artist from Trinidad and Tobago. In 2006, he won the Soca Monarch for "Can't Wait" and Groovy Soca Monarch for "Dont Stop". He won two consecutive Road March titles the years before with "The Band Coming" 2004 and in 2005 for "Dead or Alive".
