BIOGRAPHY Macka Diamond's lyrics and performances utilizes a hard line approach to the issues faced by women in Jamaica and throughout the world.
In 2003 Macka Diamond's "Done Already" became the first #1 recorded by a Jamaican female artiste in the new millenium. She followed up with the mega-hit "Hula Hoop" which inspired the dance craze of the same name. She was also featured on the soca hit "Wukkin Up". Macka Diamond continues to release hit songs such as "Dye Dye" (Radio) & (Spanish), tantalizing audiences with her raw talent and performances. |
